Previously, Gary held a long tenure with Brazos County Road and Bridge as Operations Manager, where he directed multimillion-dollar road and bridge projects and played key roles in floodplain and stormwater management. His background also includes leadership roles at Texcon General Contractors, managing a variety of civil and commercial construction projects. Gary holds multiple certifications, including Certified Floodplain Manager and MSHA Trainer, reflecting his deep commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
J.T. Norman

Joseph T. Norman is a dedicated Construction Superintendent with 13 years of experience specializing in public and private infrastructure projects, including earthwork, utilities, and paving. At Norman Construction Services, he manages field operations, schedules, subcontractors, and materials to ensure each project is executed according to plans and safety standards. Joseph is also the Chief Operations Officer at Norman Materials, where he oversees aggregate sales and trucking logistics. Megan attended Texas A&M University, where she pursued a degree in Kinesiology, laying the foundation for a career focused on leadership and service. She began her professional journey as an Operations Manager at Gold’s Gym, where she successfully led a team of over 20 employees and managed various aspects of the business, including scheduling, membership services, sales, and customer relations. Transitioning into the education sector, Megan spent two years teaching early childhood education before being promoted to Assistant Director, and later Director, at Stepping Stone School in College Station. Her dedication and leadership eventually earned her the role of Area Manager, where she was responsible for hiring, scheduling, enrollment, HR functions, and professional development across multiple locations. Megan now brings her extensive experience in operations and human resources to Norman Construction Services, where she serves as the Human Resources Administrator.
Mike Oliver

Michael R. Oliver is a skilled and versatile construction professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience across public works, utility infrastructure, and electrical systems. His background includes roles as a heavy and light equipment operator, apprentice electrician, and engineering inspector, showcasing a broad technical skillset and commitment to quality. Michael has worked extensively with water and sewer systems, street and sidewalk maintenance, and public infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. Most recently, as an Engineering Inspector for the City of Bryan, he has overseen capital improvement projects and collaborated with contractors and engineers to maintain project integrity and safety.
